We reserve the right to refuse the sale of firearms or
ammunition, at our discretion.
To purchase a firearm, you must present two (2) forms of
identification.
1. Required: Drivers License or State ID
2. Examples of the second form of identification: State ID,
vehicle registration, bank statement, voters registration card,
conceal carry permit, vehicle insurance card or utility bill.
Both forms of identification must:
- contain correct/current home address
- can not be expired
Minimum age for purchases:
Firearms:
Long guns: 18 years of age
Handguns: 21 years of age
Pistol grip shotguns*: 21 years of age
Lower Receivers*: 21 years of age
* Can not be transferred to out-of-state residents
Ammunition:
Long gun ammunition: 18 years of age
Handgun ammunition: 21 years of age
Consignment/Used Firearms:
Used firearms may be purchased, or taken on consignment at the
discretion of the manager. We charge a 20% consignment fee
(minimum charge: $40).
PreOwned, Used, Military and Consignment firearms are sold
"As Is", and are not returnable.
Transferring of Firearms:
Individual to individual transfer: $20
Dealer to dealer transfer: $50 per item
Exception: $25 fee for Targetmaster, Buck's Hunting & Dog Training
Supplies, Henry Calvert and Rod Ellingsworth.
No wholesale to dealer transfers.
Installation of Scope: If the firearm and scope are purchased at our
store, the installation is free. Otherwise, there will be a $20 charge.
Special Orders:
50% deposit required (for firearms)
No returns on special orders
Layaways:
Time Limit: 30 days
50% deposit required
After 30 days, deposit is forfeited
Returns:
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Returned Check Fee: $20

Requests for Copies:
Requests for a copy of a receipt or a serial number will incur a $35
processing fee, payable in advance.
Repairs/Jams:
Firearms returned for "jamming" or "feeding" problem caused by:
- Improperly cleaning and oiling prior to shooting
- Ammunition induced malfunction
- Improperly holding the firearm
- Magazine related malfunctions
will incur a minimum fee of $25 (plus the cost of ammunition) for the
test firing of a firearm
